  19. Get the latest version of WS_FTP from ftp.usma.edu in /pub/msdos

  21. It does not have the problem.

  23. If you get it from ftp.cica.indiana.edu, the permissions on the file
  24. allow 
  25. other people to overwrite it in the winsock directory and someone is 
  26. doing that regularly.  I wrote to the sysadmin about that but he says 
  27. I'm wrong.  (I know I'm right because I've done it myself.)  Also be 
  28. careful of some of the other files in that same directory.  (Look at the
  29. permissions.)
